Hotelient is currently seeking experienced Hotel General Managers for hotels we manage.
Your Main Functions, Among Others, Will Be
- Plan, organize and coordinate the entire operation of the business
- Management and evaluation of hotel staff
- Maintain the relationship with customers and ensure their satisfaction
- Plan and prepare the budgets prepared jointly with the department heads
- Financial supervision of results.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene measures
Graduated in Hotel Management, Tourism or other higher training in Hospitality. Minimum experience of 3-5 years as a hotel manager. Fluent in Spanish and English. Other languages will be valued. Proactive, dynamic person with initiative and with a high level of planning, organization and coordination. A leading profile, with communication skills and high negotiation skills.
