Hotel General Manager

Hotelient is currently seeking experienced Hotel General Managers for hotels we manage.

Your Main Functions, Among Others, Will Be

  • Plan, organize and coordinate the entire operation of the business
  • Management and evaluation of hotel staff
  • Maintain the relationship with customers and ensure their satisfaction
  • Plan and prepare the budgets prepared jointly with the department heads
  • Financial supervision of results.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene measures

Requirements

Graduated in Hotel Management, Tourism or other higher training in Hospitality. Minimum experience of 3-5 years as a hotel manager. Fluent in Spanish and English. Other languages will be valued. Proactive, dynamic person with initiative and with a high level of planning, organization and coordination. A leading profile, with communication skills and high negotiation skills.
